In order to get the benefits of exercise, it's not necessary to engage in a routine that lasts 90-120 minutes every day. Afterall, who has time for that? Not many of us... In order to get the benefits of exercise we need to simply find an EFFECTIVE routine that will give us great results in no longer than 60 minutes. I exercise only 30-45 minutes 6 days a week with BeachBody workouts that I pop into my DVD, for example, and the workouts are FUN and very effective. They have helped me reach my fitness goals, and have helped so many more people across the U.S do the same thing. An exercise routine doesn't have to be long... it just needs to be EFFECTIVE.
