7 tips to remember to live healthy! |

The last day of Fit and Healthy for life is today... Remember to live a healthy lifestyle, which includes
1. Making exercise a habit: exercise with an EFFECTIVE program 5-6 days a week.
2. Eat healthy meals and snacks. Eat every 2 and a half to three hours to keep your metabolism going strong, and try not to eat anything 2-3 hours before bedtime.
3. Use only non-toxic products on yourself and to clean your home.
4. Take only high-quality supplements that your body can actually process. Make sure your body is detoxified so your body can utilize the nutrients more effectively.
5. Do a good cleanse every 6 months.
6. Make it a goal to not take an over-the-counter or prescription drugs. We've made this a habit over a year ago, and are much healthier because of it. This includes vaccines and antibiotics as well.
7. Drink lots of pure water throughout the day. The rule of thumb for this is half your body weight in pounds whould be drunk in ounces. For example, if you weigh 120 pounds, drink 60 oz; if you are 200 pounds, drink 100 oz.
