Does your omega-3 supplement contain antioxidants to make it non-rancid? If not, then you are wasting your money on it. Invest your money in one that does. Dr. Mercola's brand does, of course, and so does Young Living's Omega Blue brand. Choose one of these to get the full benefit of your omega-3 fish oil.
