Today was one of those days for me. I woke up feeling I had been run over by a truck and just reaaaaally did not feel like getting up and exercise at all. However, I had committed to exercising on the WOWY supergym, so I got up, put on my workout clothes, poured myself a tall glass of my NingXia Red "cocktail" for stamina, and did my intense ChaLEAN Extreme workout. I felt soooo much better after I finished working out. Much more energetic and ready for the hot day, busy day.
Working out will make you feel better, so do commit to it and just do it, even if you don't feel like it. :D

However, the schedule I have for my self is often usurped by the schedule determined for me. Pulled by the demands of duty and devotion, I find my self in the river of life, rushing past all that I planned to do while churning to keep afloat amid the "latest need" arising.
So, I turn to "exercise snacks" during the day - a tightened tummy, squats while waiting in line, stretching on the go ...
Still, the better part of five decades pulls upon my flesh, and unfortunately, I yield. Sitting taller now, I shall sign off and then turn to yoga positions - to strengthen and lengthen and relax before I sleep.
Thanks for the inspiration!Private Reply to Tamara Parisio | Jul 14, 2009 1:48 pm | | re: re: Did you exercise today? | # | Mirdza Hayden | | We all lead very busy schedules and there are many demands from all sides. However, that should not be an excuse to not do an intense exercise routine everyday.
It's important to find a time in our schedule and commit to it beforehand. Write down the day, time and what you will do to stay on track; this is what has helped me immensely to stay on track with my exercise program, and I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to get and stay fit, no matter how busy life gets (and it definitley will).
