Health is our most precious resource. We can't work well if we are feeling sick or have no energy, so we can't be productive if we're sick. That is why it is imperative that we take care of our health; it's imperative that we follow a program and engage in activities that will help us get and stay healthy for a lifetime.
Sick days do not lead to productive days. We can all recall days when we just are felt so sick that nothing gets done; sick when we barely have energy to get up out of bed. If we want productive days, we need to take care of our health. Health means business.
What does it mean to take care of our health? It means investing time and money into ourselves. It means looking for products and programs that will help us lose weight if we are overweight. It means consuming foods that will fuel our body and give us the nutrients we need to prevent getting sick. It means investing in supplements that will help our immune system get strong so that colds and others viruses can't attack and get us down.
A question to ponder: What are you doing to take care of your health? If you are not investing time and money in yourself to be healthy, you won't be able to be very productive. Remember, health means business.

Exactly, Nate. That is why we need to do our research and find out what will help us be fit and healthy for a lifetime. Natural News put it well in an article they wrote: "For every dollar spent on disease, a nickel could be spent preventing disease instead. We could slash our health care costs by 90 percent if we simply shifted our health care priorities to education and natural remedies instead of promoting ignorance and chemicals." (Natural News) If we educate ourselves on natural remedies and take care of ourselves, we will prevent illness and disease from coming into our life.

Thanks, Faye. I hope to get the point across that if we want productive days, we need to take care of our health. Health really does means business. Without our health, we can't do business effectively. Without our health, we can barely make it through the day...
